Responsibilities will include, but not limited to; perform case management activities, determining assistance needed, referring them to the appropriate agency, Maintain confidentially of records and information, Record keeping, Complete required reports, work cooperatively and jointly with staff, clients and agencies to provide quality seamless customer service, outreach and ensure persons with disabilities are informed of services available. Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field of study and/or 4 years supervisory experience in human services field. Excellent opportunity for growth. West-Central Independent Living Solutions (WILS) is seeking a professional individual for Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator in Warrensburg, MO. The candidate must be committed to independent living philosophy, diversity and serving the needs of a diverse population. Responsibilities include, but not limited to; development and implementation of the WILS Outreach Program and plan, educate the general public about WILS Mission and programs; coordination of the WILS's Volunteer Program and responsible for recruitment, retention, training and placement of volunteers, record keeping and Quality Assurance activities of the volunteer component. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and planning abilities. Minimum of a Bachelors degree in related field. Benefits package.
